ခ်စ္ျခင္း၏ သေကၤတ
ဒီေန႕ေတာ့ ေကာင္းကင္က ပို႕စ္တင္မယ္လို႕ စဥ္းစားတဲ့အခါ ခ်စ္သူေတြအတြက္ အေရးႀကီးတဲ့ ပန္းေလးတစ္ခုရဲ႕အေၾကာင္းကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ဖုိ႕ စဥ္းစားမိပါတယ္။ အဲဒီပန္းေလးကို အားလံုးလည္း သိၿပီးသား ျဖစ္ၾကမွာပါ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒီပန္းေလးအေၾကာင္းကို ျပည္႕ျပည္႕စံုစံုမသိေသးတဲ့ သူေတြလည္း ရွိေကာင္းရွိမွာပါ။ အဲဒီသူေတြအတြက္ ေကာင္းကင္ရဲ႕ ဒီပို႕စ္ေလးက နည္းနည္းေလးျဖစ္ျဖစ္ အသံုး၀င္မယ္၊ အေထာက္အကူျပဳမယ္ဆုိရင္ ဒီပို႕စ္ကို တင္ရက်ိဳးနပ္မွာ အမွန္ပါ။
“ႏွင္းဆီ”
ဟုတ္တယ္။ “ႏွင္းဆီ” ဆိုတာ ခ်စ္ျခင္းရဲ႕ သေကၤတတစ္ခုပါ။ ခ်စ္တတ္သူတုိင္း၊ ခ်စ္ဖူးသူတုိင္း၊ ခ်စ္မယ့္သူတုိင္း၊ အခ်စ္ရွိသူတုိင္း၊ ခံစားတတ္သူတိုင္းအတြက္ “ႏွင္းဆီ” ဆုိတာ မရွိမျဖစ္ပါပဲ။
ကမၻာေပၚမွာရွိတဲ့ သူေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားဟာ မိမိတုိ႕ရဲ႕ အခ်စ္ကို “ႏွင္းဆီ” ပြင့္ေလးေတြ ေပးရင္း ေဖာ္ျပတတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ ႏွင္းဆီပန္းရဲ႕ အေရာင္ေလးေတြဟာလည္း ခ်စ္စကားမ်ားကို ကိုယ္စား ေျပာေပးႏုိင္သလို ႏွင္းဆီပြင့္ အေရအတြက္ဟာလည္း ခ်စ္ျခင္းရဲ႕ ညႊန္းဖြဲ႕စကားေတြကို ေျပာၾကားေပးပါတယ္။
အခ်စ္ရဲ႕ ခြန္အား၊ အျပစ္ေတြဖယ္ၿပီး အခ်စ္ေတြ ဖလွယ္ၾကတဲ့အခ်ိန္၊ မိမိဘယ္ေလာက္ ခ်စ္ျမတ္ႏိုးေၾကာင္း၊ ဘယ္လို လြမ္းေၾကာင္း၊ ဘယ္လို ခ်စ္တယ္၊ ဘယ္ေလာက္ထိ ခ်စ္တယ္၊ မိမိရဲ႕ သစၥာ၊ ရာသက္ပန္ခ်စ္ေနမည္႕အေၾကာင္း စကားေတြကို အားလံုးရဲ႕ ကိုယ္စား မညည္းမညဴေျပာေပးတာကေတာ့ ဒီ ႏွင္းဆီပန္းေလးေတြပါပဲ။
ခ်စ္သူေတြမွ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ခင္မင္သူေတြ၊ ေလးစားျမတ္ႏိုးသူေတြ အခ်င္းခ်င္း ၾကားမွာလည္း ႏွင္းဆီပန္းေတြဟာ ၾကားခံရင္ဖြင့္စကားဆိုေပးတဲ့ အဖိုးမျဖတ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ အရာတစ္ခုပါပဲ။
အခုဆိုရင္ ႏွင္းဆီပန္းေလးေတြဟာ ေနရာေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားမွာ ေနရာယူလာတာကို ေတြ႕ရမွာပါ။ ေျပာရခက္တဲ့စကားေလးေတြ ေျပာခ်င္တဲ့အခါ ႏွင္းဆီပန္းေလးေတြကို ေပးရင္း ရင္ဖြင့္ရတာလည္း ရင္ခုန္စရာ တစ္ခုပါပဲ။
ဒါေပမယ့္ ႏွင္းဆီပန္းအေရာင္ေလးေတြရဲ႕ အဓိပၸါယ္ကိုေတာ့ သိမွ ျဖစ္မွာေပါ့ေနာ္။ ေပးတဲ့သူကေတာ့ သိၿပီး ယူတဲ့သူကေတာ့ မသိရင္လည္း မျဖစ္ဘူးေလ။
ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေကာင္းကင္က ေကာင္းကင္သိသေလာက္ ႏွင္းဆီအေၾကာင္းေလးကို ျပန္ၿပီး ေဖာက္သည္ခ်လိုက္ပါတယ္ေနာ္။
“ႏွင္းဆီ” ပန္းေလးေတြမွာ လူေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ား သတိမမူလိုက္မိတဲ့ အလွေတြ ရွိပါတယ္။
အခ်စ္အတြက္ ပထမဆံုးျဖစ္လာတဲ့ ရင္ခုန္မႈ၊ စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားမႈေတြကို “ႏွင္းဆီ” ပန္းေလးေတြနဲ႕ ေဖာ္က်ဴးၾကတယ္။ တစ္စံုတစ္ေယာက္ကို ႏွင္းဆီပန္းေလးေတြ ေပးေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ ဘာအဓိပၸါယ္နဲ႕ ေပးမွာလဲ ဆိုတာကို ေသခ်ာ သိဖုိ႕လိုအပ္ပါတယ္။ ရင္ထဲက ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ ခံစားခ်က္ကို ေဖာ္ျပဖုိ႕ ေရြးမယ့္ပန္းကေတာ့ ဘယ္လိုအေျခအေနျဖစ္ျဖစ္ “ႏွင္းဆီ” ပန္းေလးသာ ျဖစ္သင့္တာေပါ့။
ေနာက္အေရးႀကီးတာ တစ္ခုကိုလည္း သိဖုိ႕လိုေသးတာေပါ့။ အဲဒါကေတာ့ “ႏွင္းဆီ” ပန္းေလးေတြရဲ႕ လဟာ ဘယ္လျဖစ္တယ္ဆိုတာကိုေပါ့။ တျခားအခ်ိန္ေတြမွာ ႏွင္းဆီပန္းကို ေပးတယ္ဆုိေပမယ့္လည္း ဒီလေရာက္တဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့ ေသေသခ်ာခ်ာကို ကိုယ္ခ်စ္ရတဲ့သူကို ႏွင္းဆီပန္းေလးကို ေပးသင့္တာေပါ့ေနာ္။ ဘာလို႕လဲဆိုေတာ့ အဲဒီလဟာ ႏွင္းဆီပန္းေလးေတြရဲ႕ လ ျဖစ္ေနလို႕ပါပဲ။ အဲဒီလကေတာ့ “ဇြန္” လပါ။ ကဲ … ဇြန္လကို ေရာက္ရင္ ကိုယ္ခ်စ္တဲ့သူကို ႏွင္းဆီပန္း ေပးဖုိ႕ မေမ့ၾကနဲ႕ေနာ္။
ကိုယ္ဟာ မင္းေၾကာင့္ ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္မႈေတြနဲ႕ ျပည္႕ေနတယ္။ အခ်စ္ေပ်ာက္ျပယ္သြားမယ့္အေၾကာင္းကို ေတြးေၾကာက္ေနပါတယ္။ ခင္မင္မႈနဲ႕ မိတ္ေဆြေတြျဖစ္ခ်င္ပါတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ အဓိပၸါယ္ကို မိမိရဲ႕ ကိုယ္စား ႏွင္းဆီပြင့္ေလးေတြက ေဖာ္ျပေပးေနပါတယ္။ အ၀ါေရာင္ႏွင္းဆီ ၁ပြင့္ႏွင့္အတူ အနီေရာင္ႏွင္းဆီ ၁၁ပြင့္ ေပးျခင္းဟာ အလြန္ကို ခ်စ္ပါတယ္။ အလြန္ကို မုန္းတီးပါတယ္။ အလြန္ကို ေဒါသျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္ ဆုိတဲ့ အဓိပၸါယ္ေတြကို ေျပာျပေပးပါတယ္တဲ့။
အဲဒီလိုပါပဲ ႏွင္းဆီပြင့္မဟုတ္တဲ့ ႏွင္းဆီဖူးေလးေတြဟာလည္း အငံုအဖူးေလးတုိ႕ရဲ႕ ပင္ကိုယ္သဘာ၀အတိုင္း လွပမႈ၊ ငယ္ရြယ္ႏုပ်ိဳမႈေတြနဲ႕ လိုက္ဖက္တဲ့ အျပစ္ကင္းစင္တဲ့ ႏွလံုးသားထဲကလာတဲ့ အခ်စ္စစ္စစ္ပါလို႕ အဓိပၸါယ္ ေဆာင္ျပန္သတဲ့။
ဒါတင္မကေသးပါဘူး။ ႏွင္းဆီရဲ႕အေရာင္ေလးေတြကို လိုက္ၿပီး အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးအဓိပၸါယ္ ဖြင့္ဆိုၾကပါေသးတယ္။ “တုိ႕ေတြရဲ႕ စိတ္ဆိုးစရာ၊ သေဘာထားကြဲတာေတြကို ေမ့လိုက္ပါ …”၊ “ေတာင္းပန္ပါတယ္ …” စတာေတြေပါ့ေလ။
တကယ္လို႕ ကိုယ္က ခ်စ္ခြင့္ပန္ထားသူက “ပန္းႏုေရာင္” ႏွင္းဆီေလး ျပန္ေပးခဲ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ တစ္၀က္ေတာ့ ေပ်ာ္လို႕ရပါၿပီ။ ခ်စ္ေတာ့ ခ်စ္ခ်င္ပါၿပီေပါ့။ ဒါေပမယ့္ နည္းနည္းေတာ့ စဥ္းစားပါရေစဦးေပါ့။
“ႏွင္းဆီ၀ါေလး” ေတြရဲ႕ အဓိပၸါယ္ကေတာ့ သစၥာမပ်က္ဘဲ ျမဲခုိင္စြာ ခ်စ္ၾကမယ္၊ ဘ၀ကို တူတူ ေလွ်ာက္လွမ္းၾကမယ္လို႕ ဆုိလိုပါတယ္။ ခင္မင္သူေတြ ၾကားမွာေတာ့ ႏွင္းဆီ၀ါေလးဟာ “ခုလို ခင္မင္ခြင့္ရတာ ၀မ္းသာပါတယ္၊ ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္ပါတယ္” ဆိုတဲ့ အဓိပၸါယ္ကို ဆိုလိုပါသတဲ့။

Simple Things
Remember the five simple rules to be happy:
1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less
No one can go back and make a brand new start.
Anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
God didn't promise days without pain, Laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.
Disappointments are like road humps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards. Don't stay on the humps too long. Move on!
When you feel down because you didn't get what you want, just sit tight and be happy, because God is thinking of something better to give you.
When something happens to you, good or bad, consider what it means. There's a purpose to life's events, to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry too hard.
You can't make someone love you, all you can do is be someone who can be loved, the rest is up to the person to realize your worth.
The measure of love is when you love without measure. In life there are very rare chances that you'll meet the person you love and loves you in return. So once you have it don't ever let go, the chance might never come your way again.
It's better to lose your pride to the one you love, than to lose the one you love because of pride.
We spend too much time looking for the right person to love or finding fault with those we already love, when instead we should be perfecting the love we give.
When you truly care for someone, you don't look for faults, you don't look for answers, you don't look for mistakes. Instead, you fight the mistakes, you accept the faults, and you overlook the excuses.
Never abandon an old friend. You will never find one who can take his place. Friendship is like wine, it gets better as it grows older.

How To Stay Young
1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.
2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. (keep this In mind if you are one of those grouches;)
3. Keep learning: Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening whatever. Never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop." And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!
4. Enjoy the simple things.
5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and Lots of time with HIM/HER.
6. The tears happen: Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is our self. LIVE while you are alive.
7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.
8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.
10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.
Stay young, feel young, be young! :)
